Tip of the Day
Finding a max lift after a workout has multiple benefits.  First, your central nervous system is primed and ready to handle a heavier load.  Second, in a real life situation, you might not get the opportunity to go through a full warm up of lifting heavy before being forced to lift in an emergency situation.  The more variance you can experience, the stronger you will become both mentally and physically.
