Tip of the Day
Today is a good day to work on your chest to bar pull ups in small sets.  Doing a body weight pull after doing a heavier deadlift can overload your central nervous system and make you feel lighter.  If you have been working on stringing them together, set a goal for the entire workout and do not deviate from it.
