Tip of the Day
Most of you looked at this workout and saw nothing but "push ups".  For those that fight with getting better at push ups, look at them in the same set up as your bench press.  We preach shoulder blades down and back with a straight bar path over the sternum.  The same can be applied for the push up.  Focus on your shoulder and hand positions and you can make this movement feel much easier.
