Tip of the Day
The key to having a successful outcome from a workout is attacking your strengths, knowing your weaknesses, and having a game plan.  When your strength comes around, give it your all.  When you arrive at a weakness, know that it might be a struggle but your game plan should make you at least 1% better at that weakness today.  You should be able to leave the gym with your head high and a sense of pride if you did exactly that.  It's not about winning, it's about taking care of your body and getting better on a Thursday.
