Tip of the Day
Today is an awesome pull/push workout!  As all barbell workouts will reward those that are most efficient at cycling, this one is definitely at the top of that list.  Being coupled with a difficult pushing movement, your upper body can become toasted pretty quickly if you are an excessive puller on the bar.  Focus on keeping your chest up, the bar close, and using your legs to jump the weight up!
