Tip of the Day
Twenty minute workouts are the equivalent to our marathons.  However, that doesn't mean that our intensity level should drop.  You should push just as hard as you would for a 5 minute workout, just with different pacing.  Always try to finish stronger than you start.  Since we are in the open, please do your best to work hard without ripping your hands!
