Minute 1: 7 Wall Balls + 4 Chest to Bar
Minute 2: 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
Minute 3: 7 Power Snatches + 7 Overhead Squats (75/55)
Minute 4: 10 Burpees

Tip of the Day
For todays practice, work on your barbell cycling, work on your kipping or butterfly chest to bar, become more efficient.  Focus on your breathing and having smooth movement and good rhythm.  This should be great practice for what is coming in the Open WOD on Friday.
