Tip of the Day
The unilateral loading of DB's make any movement more difficult.  Today is a great day to focus on your overhead shoulder position that we preach with all upper body movements.  Even with overhead lifts, make sure your shoulder blades are back, with your chest tall.  You should be lifting from your mid/low trap, not from your anterior delts with your shoulders forward.
