Tip of the Day
With today being a mash up of heros and girls, you are presented with an interesting chipper.  By loading your central nervous system with the barbell, you are setting yourself up for some more explosive power output as the wod continues.  By the time you get to the overhead squat, you need to be prepared to do them unbroken.
