Tip of the Day
Just in case your midline hasn't been lit on fire lately, today will take care of that.  Of course the first half of ladder style workouts like this one doesn't really seem that bad.  However, this workout starts when you get off the rower.  Be prepared for the second round of knees to elbow to feel like someone is holding a blow torch to your midline.  That is, if you do them properly!
