Tip of the Day
Today feels a bit like Nancy, however, the KB swing will offer a completely different stimulus.  With the overhead squats in Nancy, running becomes a bit difficult at about round 3 due to lactic acid build up in the legs.  For today, the hamstrings are going to feel the brunt of the work and for some, the KB swing will make if more difficult to breathe.  Try using the KB swing as a recovery station.  Get your breathing under control while completing work.
