*You and your partner may divide up the reps between you as you would like.  One person working at a time, must complete all reps of first movement before moving on to the next.

In Honor and Memory of:

Italian Army C.le Magg. Sc. Roberto Marchini, 28, of Viterbo, Italy, died during a reconnaissance mission in Afghanistan's Bakwa district on July 12, 2011. Marchini served in the 8th Airborne Combat Engineer Regiment, Folgore Brigade.
While on base, Marchini used whatever he could find to do CrossFit, often incorporating farmers carries, sandbag runs and tire flips in his workouts. His favorite exercises were double-unders, push-ups and power cleans.
Marchini is survived by numerous friends and family members.

Tip of the Day
Keeping your working sets small between the two of you will allow you to work fast and get more work done over the course of the amrap.  By doing larger sets or working until failure, your sets will later become much smaller than you are capable of and you will need far more rest to recover from those larger sets.
