50 Squats
40 Sit Ups
30 KB Swings (1.5/1)
20 Push Ups

Tip of the Day
With a workout similar to Barbara, each round is designed to be an all out effort.  Three minutes of rest between rounds is plenty to be able to keep your intensity high each round.  Treat today like four separate workouts, giving each round your full effort with the goal being keeping your time the same each round.
