Tip of the Day
Between the half Murph workout yesterday and the barbell work today, your double unders will require some extra focus to stay relaxed and trust your technique.  On your doubles, your elbow should be directly below your shoulder joint, just hanging and relaxed.  Your wrists should be doing all the work.
