Tip of the Day
Every time we program this WOD, we give the heads up that the back side of this workout hits like a truck!  Yet every time it's programmed, we watch people fly out of the gate and slowly start going down hill on the second set of KB swings.  PACE the first half of this WOD!!!!  If you have to break the deadlifts, wall balls, and KBs in half, do so if it will keep you moving on the back side.
