Tip of the Day
When starting this workout, you want to think of a pace that you would be able to hold for the ENTIRE 15 minutes.  What this means is that you don't need to stand around and catch your breath for 3 minutes on round 2 of the devil press.  You should be moving so that you can breathe on the devil presses and go straight into the jump ropes.
