Find 1 RM Hang Clean (Power or Squat) in Remaining Time

At the 16:00 Mark:
In a 8:00 Window:
Run 800 m
Max Rep Thrusters (95/65) in Remaining Time

Tip of the Day
With your score being the barbell movements, you are going to want to push the pace on your run today.  It doesn't need to be an all out sprint but it needs to be a pretty brisk pace.  When you come in the door, work on minimizing your transition times and get your first rep in as soon as possible.  The longer you wait, the more you really aren't going to want to pick it up.
