Tip of the Day
Unilateral work is a great way to cure imbalances.  Just because you are moving at high intensity doesn't mean that form or proper activation should be ignored.  For the DB push press, focus on our same core stability that we use during our slow accessory work.  Since we have been training this strength slowly, it should still be there when moving quickly.
