Tip of the Day
I would like to start off by saying "Happy Anniversary to Us!"  Today is our 6 year anniversary and we owe every bit of it to you all! Thank you for believing in us, trusting us, and having the heart and dedication it takes to make yourselves better and take care of your health.  Because of you, we have the greatest job on earth but it never feels like "going to work."  We love what we do and because of you, we have an endless passion to always be better.  THANK YOU!

Today we would like to throw out a challenge.  Can you go unbroken?  With the largest set being at the beginning, mentally, that should help set you up for success.  Some people stop on wall balls because their brain says "rest" but their body doesn't necessarily need it.  If your comfort zone involves setting parameters for when you should stop, then out of your comfort zone needs to be unbroken today.
