A Tip For Today
So many things to work on today.  If you do not get any better at anything today, you weren't trying.  On the EMOM at the beginning, it's a great time to practice cycling, fix your bar path, work on your power positions and foot work.  On the workout, the new DB snatch standard needs to be your emphasis.  Transition below your eyes and work on changing hands on the way down.  Solidify your hollow body positions on the gymnastics movements and then consciously make your rowing changes that we have discussed religiously.  Focus on you and your movement and become better.
