When it comes to the original benchmark "Girls" most of them were designed to be done unbroken.  The same goes for this workout.  Setting PR's on these workouts will always be a true testament of your hard work.  Have you been paying attention to your nutrition?  Have you been working on your weaknesses?  Have you been listening to your coach and trying to fix your inefficiencies?  Girls will always be an indicator of how much time you have been putting in.
