Tip of the Day
The keyword for today is "breathing".  This workout really has nowhere to hide, meaning, all movements are hard and not really a chance to catch your breath.  You are going to have to work at a pace that you can stay aware of your heartrate.  Your heartrate and breathing go hand in hand, when one loses control, the other one panics as well.
