1 min max rep sumo deadlift high pull (95/65)
1 min max rep sit ups
1 min max rep push press (95/65)
1 min max rep sit ups

A Tip For Today
The sit ups are going to be a great station for each reps.  If you find a smooth pace that works best for you, you'll be able to do every minute of the sit ups consistently the same.  In the later rounds where picking up the barbell could become difficult, the sit ups could be your rounds that save you.  Do your best to keep moving.
