A Tip For Today
This workout is going to feel like eight minutes of med ball cleans if you don't pay attention to your skill work.  For this movement to move smooth and fast, you need to have relaxed hands on the ball and come to full hip extension at the top.  If you muscle through the med ball cleans, your hips will be on fire because they will be constantly flexed.  Listen to your coach and become more efficient at the basics.
