Lateral Burpees

A Tip For Today
To be as fast as possible on lateral burpees, you want to stay as low as possible.  The benefit of the lateral burpee is that you do not need to open your hips at the top.  Because of this, you can do them a lot faster than any other burpees.  Have fun!
