In Honor and Memory of:
In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

A Tip for the Day
It is getting to be the time of year where it is going to be scorching hot!  With that being said, if you are new to our gym and/or haven't really been paying attention to your hydration, now would be a good time to start.  Your hydration is more than just drinking water.  Your hydration levels also involve your sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc.  Healthy electrolyte options would be the "Greater Than" drinks we have in the gym, Nuun, or coconut water.  Pedialyte, and Propel are also options but are better mixed with water.  During the heat, it is ok to stop and cool off if needed.  Be smart!
