Tip of the Day
So often we hear "I need to be better at breathing.  My cardio is awful."  However, the first day that people skip is days like today.  If you want to be better at something, it isn't just going to appear because you said you need it.  If you want to be better at something, you have to show up and put in the effort.  Sure it's going to be uncomfortable but that might be exactly what you need!
