A Tip For Today
EMOM's are a great way to tackle weaknesses.  By taking away the pressure of time and score, you can focus on inefficiencies of movement, practice cycling, work on foot work, hand placement, etc.  The best way to improve your game is to put yourself into uncomfortable situations, fail a few times, and then learn from the failure and grow.
