A Tip For Today:
Kipping today's workout will definitely increase your power output.  It will increase your intensity and decrease your chances of failing or having to rest for extended periods of time.  Before choosing to do this strict, keep in mind that the goal is to be able to move quickly.  If you are proficient at both movements and completing it strict will still keep you intensity high, you may choose that route.
