WOD

"Jerry"
1 mile Run
2k Row
1 mile Run

In Honor and Memory of:
Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Molly and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.

A Tip For Today
This workout is definitely all about the last mile.  Finding a good pace at the beginning may be hard for some people to do being that you will feel really fresh for the first mile.  However, going out too fast on the first mile and pushing hard on the rower will lead to a fairly miserable last mile run.  Setting a solid pace out the door and rowing about :10 slower than your 2k pace will give you enough fuel for the last run.
