1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Squat Snatch

Chest to Bar Pull Ups (or pull ups)

A Tip For Today
Muscle ups and snatches are extremely neurological.  The combo of the two together can leave you feeling kind of off.  Be prepared on the first snatch to feel a bit wobbly.  Have confidence in your speed and power, trust your training, and move fast.
