A Tip For Today
With 2:1 rest, you should be able to keep a consistent score across all five rounds.   With a 1:1 rest, we would expect that work capacity to decline.  If we were to increase the rest, we would expect you to be able to all out sprint each round and possibly increase in score as you go.  Expect to hold a consistently solid pace for all five rounds.  You can row hard for 1 minute.  Get your mind right.
