A Tip for Today
Large rep schemes can often be more mental than physical.  When you start out strong and take a break at 35 or 40 reps and realize that you have not reached the half way mark yet, it can become discouraging.  Figure out a way to break this up that is positive.  At the 25 rep mark, you're 1/6 of the way there.  At rep 76, you are over half way.  The brain is a very powerful thing.
