A Tip For Today
With an Open like workout today, you can work on your engine, your transitions, and your efficiency with a relatively new movement.  During the Open, we had five reps of the DB hang clean and jerks.  With today offering 10 reps, it's going to be mentally challenging to hang on to the DB.  Decide on a game plan and do your best to stick with it.
