2) 3 x 6 Ring Dips (Weighted if Proficient) (Stability Holds if Unable to Dip)

A Tip for Today:
If you know your CrossFit history, you will know that Elizabeth is a squat clean.  We have programmed this workout before with power cleans which makes it a bit faster.  Today, the squats will really test your barbell cycling ability and your mental toughness to hang on to the bar for multiple reps.  This is a great workout to work on shutting off the "how to" part of your brain.  Find something to focus on visually and just keep moving consistently.
