A Tip For Today
Can today be completed in short sprint intervals?  Or should you do it at a slow and steady pace?  The answer lies in your personal strengths and weaknesses.  If you can keep your breathing under control and figure out how to get your heart rate under control in the heat of the moment, the interval pace is for you.  If you struggle with breathing and burpees eat your lunch, slow and steady is the way to go with a goal of continuously moving on the burpees.  Which will you work for today, plan A or plan B?
