100 Double Under Buy In

10 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

10 Power Snatches (95/65)
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
Then 100 Double Under Buy Out

A Tip For Today
With the barbell at a light load today, working on your cycling is a top priority.  If you want to be as efficient as possible, every rep should look exactly the same with your bar path as straight as possible.  The more the bar travels away from your body, the harder it is to move.  Do your best to look like a video on repeat.
