A Tip For Today
The name of the game today, rowing!  If you are an "all out" kind of athlete, expect to sit on the rower and recover for a bit before being able to move on to the next section of the workout.  If you know yourself really well, you will know the pace that you need to keep to be able to get off the rower and go straight to work.  For most people, this will be your 500 m pace + :05-:10.  With your score being the back have of the window, make sure you are ready to work once you hop off.
