A Tip For Today
Sometimes the best form of working out is picking things up and moving them from point A to point B.  We have become a society of technology and ease and sometimes we forget how hard manual labor can be.  CrossFit is not easy and it is, quite simply, about doing work.  We pride ourselves on increasing our work capacity and moving large loads, long distances, quickly.  So for those of you that have chosen to say, "forget easy, challenge me, make me better, and make me work harder", we appreciate you and applaud you!
