A Tip For Today
This is the kind of workout that hits you more mentally than physically.  It's going to be hard to breath, your legs will fill with blood, your stomach is going to churn, and it all comes down to how badly you want to be better.  It is easy to skip things you don't like.  It's easy to not put a full effort into things you don't really want to do.  But at the end of the day, by not putting in your best effort, regardless of the movements, did you do anything to improve yourself?  If your ultimate goal is to improve by 1% each day, putting in your best effort each day will get you there regardless of your score or time.  Know your "why".
