A Tip For Today
The hardest part of any workout is, transitions.  It is so easy to move to the next movement and give yourself a break.  Going from one thing to the next today should require very little transition time.  With no heavy lift to prepare for, you can come off the rower and go straight into your first burpee.  Likewise going from burpees to box jump overs.  Once you start working, you will always do multiple reps.  Just start.
