A Tip For Today
There are so many opportunities for improvement today!  Your first opportunity is in your barbell cycling.  With the rep scheme being low, you can work on efficiently moving from one movement into the next.  The next opportunity is in the weight that you choose.  Whenever we program D.T., there are a lot of athletes that have to scale the weight slightly due to the numbers.  Today is a great day to work on these movements at that rx weight!  Small improvements are still improvements.
