A Tip For Today
Do you need to improve your barbell cycling?  Focus on your feet.  Athletes that cycle a light bar really well do not move forward or backwards.  They might jump their feet apart when they get tired but otherwise, every rep looks almost exactly the same.  Focus on something straight ahead and try to keep the barbell on a straight path.
