A Tip For Today
Time can be saved on this workout by moving efficiently on the movements between double unders.  If you are proficient at doubles, they can only be done so quickly and will probably be completed in the same amount of time each round.  Making up time will happen by continuously moving on the gymnastics portions.  By efficient, we mean that every rep should look exactly the same and very fluid.
