*Every 200 meters, stop and complete 15 abmat sit ups
*Workout ends with sit ups
*If your rower shuts off while competing sit ups, start over

A Tip For Today
Setting a good time on this workout will depend on if you are an efficient rower and also on how well you transition on and off the rower.  If you have fixed your rowing technique and are creating more power using your legs as opposed to pulling with your arms, you should see the meters tick away faster.  For your transitions, set the straps loose enough that you can slide your feet in and out without having to adjust them every time.
