A Tip For Today
The Chief is a really great test of fitness!  The rep scheme is small, the weight is moderately light, the movements are not overly complex, and the amraps are short.  However, since they are short, they are designed to be done as three minute sprints.  Pick a weight for the clean that is challenging, yet can be done unbroken at the start.  The toughest part of today, keeping it together mentally and pushing hard for five rounds.  Do not let your mind get the best of you.
