A Tip for Today
Seven minutes might not see like a long time, however, when it comes to a ladder with a push and a pull, this is going to hit hard and fast.  Take your time at the beginning.  Look at the first half of the wod as a warm up for the last half.  Going to fast at the beginning will have you doing singles on toes to bar long before you thought you would be doing them.  Be patient.
