A Tip For Today
Working with a partner provides a great work to rest ratio, that is, if you and your partner discuss your game plan ahead of time.  Ideally, you would like your work to rest ratio to be 1:1.  If the ratio varies from there, someone is working too much and someone is resting too much.  Pick a rep scheme on your pistol squats that allows you to continue to move at a brisk pace without someone resting too much.
