A Tip For Today
We all have different strengths and weaknesses.  Being able to figure out where to attack a workout and where to rest is very personal.  If you struggle with double unders, you might do the last few sets of push ups in small sets with rests so that your shoulders are more fresh.  If you leak efficiency on the rower, make sure you do your burpees efficiently and smooth so that you have plenty of fuel for the row.  Having a game plan can set you up for success.
