A Tip For Today
Finding a rhythm to the DB squat cleans will help them feel smoother and will become more efficient.  By stopping and resetting on every rep, your grip will become more taxed, causing you to break too much.  The hardest part of the DB squat cleans is catching them under control at the bottom.  Unilateral loading makes the body work twice as hard to stabilize.
